Program Phases

 Phase 1 - Leadership Deep Dive (2-3 hrs)

  • Extended 1:1 sessions with core leaders (not just surface audit interviews).

  • Explore personal drivers, influence style, communication habits, and pressure points.

  • NP decoding of tone, congruence, and leadership presence.

 Phase 2 -  Alignment Analysis (2 hrs)

  • Synthesise the leadership data into patterns: where unity exists, where resistance sits, and what’s weakening influence.

  • Identify blind spots between how leaders think they’re showing up vs how staff perceive them.

 Phase 3 -  Cohesion Workshop (3 hrs)

  • Facilitated group session with the leadership team.

  • Present alignment findings in plain language.

  • Surface unspoken resistance or mistrust in a safe, structured environment.

  • Guide leaders through realignment strategies (shared language, decision-making clarity, and trust-building steps).

 Phase 4 - Action Framework (1.5 hrs)

  • Provide a written alignment report (plain, concise).

  • Deliver 3-5 practical steps tailored to the leadership team for immediate implementation.

  • Debrief with leaders on embedding trust and influence.
