Guide leaders through realignment strategies (shared language, decision-making clarity, and trust-building steps).
Phase 4 - Action Framework (1.5 hrs)
Provide a written alignment report (plain, concise).
Deliver 3-5 practical steps tailored to the leadership team for immediate implementation.
Debrief with leaders on embedding trust and influence.
