Behavioural profiling of key staff for strengths, risks, and support

Program Phases

 Phase 1 - Individual Profiling Sessions (10 × 40 min = 7 hrs)

  • 1:1 sessions with selected staff (up to 10).

  • NP decoding of strengths, weaknesses, emotional tendencies, and stress triggers.

 Phase 2 - Profile Creation & Analysis (6 hrs)

  • Develop individual profiles.

  • Correlate findings to identify team-wide risks and opportunities.

 Phase 3 -  Team Pattern Review (2 hrs)

  • Synthesis of group patterns (gaps, overlaps, stress risks).

 Phase 4 -   Leadership Debrief (5 hrs)

  • Provide written profiles and team summary.

  • Facilitate leadership discussion on management and support strategies.
