Behavioural profiling of key staff for strengths, risks, and support
Program Phases
Phase 1 - Individual Profiling Sessions (10 × 40 min = 7 hrs)
1:1 sessions with selected staff (up to 10).
NP decoding of strengths, weaknesses, emotional tendencies, and stress triggers.
Phase 2 - Profile Creation & Analysis (6 hrs)
Develop individual profiles.
Correlate findings to identify team-wide risks and opportunities.
Phase 3 - Team Pattern Review (2 hrs)
Synthesis of group patterns (gaps, overlaps, stress risks).
Phase 4 - Leadership Debrief (5 hrs)
Provide written profiles and team summary.
Facilitate leadership discussion on management and support strategies.
