And for 30 years I struggled and battled just to get through each day.
I was a divorced mum of two by the age of 23. A beautiful disaster made from the following ingredients...
🍶 A full cup of undiagnosed ADHD🥄 Tablespoon of untreated trauma leading to poor mental health.
🥄🥄🥄 A few teaspoons of I feel sorry for myself and don't know how to be a good mum
🧂 A sprinkling of relentless bullying through high school
🍒 Pop a depression and anxiety cherry on top, and you've got one big mess...
But 8 years ago, I learned the most amazing thing...I could change those ingredients and bake a new cake! And now I am the best damn cake on the shelf! An award-winning singer/songwriter, award-winning business owner, a successful entrepreneur and the one I am most proud of ... a high-functioning, well-organised mum.
Now it's my mission to show others the way...to shine the light, inspire and encourage your transformation from the life you have now..to the life you want.
