3 Quick Ways To Turn Your Life Around Right Now

Once you can accept that change doesn’t happen overnight and that it’s a lifetime journey and a commitment to growth, it’s much easier to accept that all of the tricks in the world won’t produce lasting change. But, there are a few fundamental basics that you can learn to help you with this.


Here are three things that you can begin working on today to start making changes to your life quickly…


1. Practice taking action: This was the hardest for me, but once I practised it, taking action made the most significant difference early on in my transformation. When you feel stuck or overwhelmed, it’s easy to get caught up in the cycle of analysis paralysis. You might spend hours thinking and procrastinating, trying to come up with the perfect answers and plans but if you never take action…you’ll never make progress. I live by this saying, which was one of the hardest for me to accept:

That simply means, don’t wait until you think your decision is perfect, or your work or plan is perfect… just go ahead and do it…fix that shit along the way!


2. Practice Gratitude: Now before you click away from the page because you don’t wanna hear that “woo woo crap”, let me tell you why gratitude is so powerful. We are energetic beings, which means that we are nothing more than vibrating energy… now that comes from science, and it means that when you radiate bad energy then you are vibrating at a low frequency, which basically means you’re a vibrational match for everything shitty around you.


When you practice gratitude it lifts your vibrations. Think about the things you are grateful for… even if it’s the eyes to read this, or the food you had for dinner last night. Once you start thinking about the things you are grateful for, you will lift your vibrations which means you will be a match to better things, in turn improving your life. I keep a journal and write what I am grateful for each day, and then on my way to sleep, I think about all of the things I am grateful for, and in turn that leaves me waking up feeling great


3. Know Where You Are Headed And Commit: You can have the best GPS in the world but if you don’t know the destination then there isn’t a GPS on this planet that can take you there. Take some time out of your day to figure out what you want. You don’t have to have your whole life mapped out, but an idea of what you want in your future will give you the motivation to commit to your transformation. Committing to change is telling your brain to optimise itself in a way that will get you what you want.


When you don’t know what you want in life, it can be very hard to feel fulfilment. You have nothing to chase, nothing to motivate, nothing to wake up for… it’s just more of the same each day, I know because I used to be just like that.


So, practice taking action, building this habit will change your life incredibly fast, practice gratitude so you can be a vibrational match for a better life and know where you are headed and commit to getting there. Start implementing those three things into your life and watch it start to change almost instantly.
